The Official Local Diocesan Pilgrimage and the Pilgrim Passport initiative was launched in March 2025 with the installation of the relic of St John Vianney at the Shrine of Hope for Priests & Vocations at Mary Immaculate, Manly. From April onwards, Parish Secretaries can send (to mission@bbcatholic.org.au) a list of all parishioners who have shown their completed Pilgrimage Passport, having been stamped at each of the four Jubilee Sites in the Diocese of Broken Bay. Those parishioners will receive a certificate of completion signed by the Bishop as a commemoration of their active participation in the Holy Year in the life of the Diocese.
